Cancel

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or put into production. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

 

Standard return

We accept returns and standard customers have the right to request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. In order to be eligible for return, your tem must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and must also be restored in its packaging and the full cost of return and return shipping for your unilateral return request.

 

Product return

We do not accept returns. We do not accept returns if there is no quality problem after the arrival of customized products.

 

Refund

Once we have received your return and inspected it, we will send you a notification of receipt via email and we will also notify you of the approval or refusal of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically refunded to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

 

Delayed refund

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Contact your bank next time. There is usually some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.
